The Horseshoe Bend is an iconic landmark in Page, Arizona and is one of the area’s most popular attractions. It was a short hike from the parking lot to the overlook and the trail was mostly flat and easy to walk on. As we reached the edge, we were rewarded with a spectacular view of the Colorado River making a perfect bend around the towering rock. The steep cliffs and vivid colors look like something out of a postcard. This famous spot in Page, Arizona, is a must-visit, and our trip there was unforgettable.

The trail to Horseshoe Bend is about 1.5 miles round trip and mostly flat with some sandy areas. It starts at the parking lot and winds through the desert, which can be hot, so bring plenty of water. Along the way, you’ll see signs about the rocks and history. The trail is easy to follow and leads to the overlook where you’ll see the amazing view of the Colorado River. It’s a short hike but offers beautiful desert views and a great spot to take photos.
