Beautiful Arizona: Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Sedona, and Phoenix
Our fall break trip to Arizona was an unforgettable adventure, packed with stunning landscapes and incredible experiences. From standing on the edge of the Grand Canyon to wondering through the wave-like formations of Antelope Canyon, we explored some of the most iconic and awe-inspiring landscapes in the world. We kicked off our journey by flying into Phoenix, the perfect starting point for our Arizona adventure and rented a car to give us the freedom to explore at our own pace. For a while, Arizona had been on our list of US States to visit and it did not disappoint. Visiting in early October, the weather was absolutely perfect and the popular landmarks were not as packed as we thought they were going to be.

Travel Tips
Grand Canyon is a popular destination. Be sure to book your hotels early as they sell out fast, especially if you plan to stay at the Grand Canyon Village.
Only authorized tour companies can take you to visit Antelope Canyon. We booked our tour 4 months in advance because they sell out quickly.
The America The Beautiful pass was well worth the money just for this trip alone. It gave us an even better value because we had planned trips to other national parks in the same year.
Wake up early not only to catch epic sunrise at Grand Canyon, but also everywhere else to enjoy the view with less crowd. We also spotted a huge elk and a group of deers in the early morning.
Know the rules before booking any tour. For example, bags weren’t allowed during our tour to Antelope Canyon. Be informed so you can plan accordingly.
There have been many fatal accidents at the Grand Canyon because people get way too close to the rim to take photos. The fences and signs are there for a reason. Be safe!
