Our summer trip to the Canadian Rockies is one of our family’s all-time favorite vacations. Trip highlights include wonderful sightseeing and adventures such as whitewater-river rafting, hiking, canoeing, and caving.

Discovering Japan, a nation full of rich cultural heritage, astonishing landscape, and delicious cuisine. The adventure took us to popular destinations from Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, to Takayama.

16th Street Mall is over a mile-long pedestrian-friendly mall in Denver, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We also checked out the Mile High Tree and Denver's Christkindl Market.

Luminova holiday lights at Elitch Gardens did not disappoint. The lights were beautifully done. There were plenty of fun photo spots. The admission tickets also included some of the rides.

Soaking in natural healing water with a snowy mountain view in Glenwood Hot Springs Pool was a unique experience. They have a 104F hot pool at 104F, and a large pool at a milder 90F temperature.

With falling snow and a classic evergreen tree in the center, skating at Keystone Lake Ice Rink felt like we were skating inside a snow globe. The lake is so huge that it did not feel too crowded and the views are amazing.
